Nutrition Education

The Basic Food and Nutrition Education Program (BFNEP) teaches nutrition information to individuals and families receiving Basic Food living in Clark, Pierce, King, Snohomish, Yakima , and Spokane Counties . You will receive a series of lessons on nutrition, cooking, and food budgeting, increasing knowledge to make sound, healthy choices with your food dollars.
